🇬🇧 After several years of experience in record labels (Vicious Circle) and event production, Hélène embarked on a career in cultural entrepreneurship, creating her own independent label (Miaou Records). Determined and militant, she multiplies her collaborations and codirected FACE B, a documentary about the place of women in music, which will be broadcasted for the closing of the Musical Ecran festival. In September 2020, she joined the FELIN team (Fédération Nationale des Labels & Distributeurs Indépendants) to develop MEWEM, the first mentoring program for women in the music industry (by which she was mentored in 2020). Its European deployment has enabled her to gain very specific skills in cultural project engineering and international cooperation. Drawing from her experience and sharpened expertise in equality and diversity issues, she took up a new challenge in 2022 and became CEO of MEWEM France.
